Welcome to my sea angling blog. I will be posting photographs, descriptions of places to fish and other snippets which are fishy related. help where can i fish was told to go to burton bradstock and that i could fish for mackrel off the beach but met up with 8foot waves what about lyme regis or west bay have to fish by day (afraid of the dark ha ha) went to burnham the only fish were in the local chippy. Dont mind traveling but would like to catch something at the end i am new at this game and i am struggling a bit
Just remember that this stretch of coast is SW facing.,... and there is very little beyond the horizon to stop the sea coming in from Venezuela.
Any swell with a westerly wind will bring the sea crashing in - but there are often good fish to be caught very close in if you can get calm conditions.
